The Design Process
Consultation
ONLINE CONSULTATION (IF REQUIRED)
To begin, I offer a complimentary 15–20 minute online consultation. This session is designed to give you space to share your ideas, inspirations, styles, colours, concepts, and overall look & feel. It’s also a chance for me to ask important questions, gain clarity on your requirements, and ensure we’re aligned before any creative work begins. Following our consultation, a formal quote, valid for 30 days, will be sent to you.
Crafting Your Creative Concepts
CREATION OF DESIGN CONCEPTS
Once you’re happy to proceed, a 50% deposit of the design fee is required to officially secure your booking. After payment is received, I’ll create the number of original design concepts as specified in your quote, tailored specifically to your project. These will be presented to you for review, giving you the opportunity to select the direction that best resonates with your brand or vision. From there, I refine and polish the chosen design, ensuring it fully captures your desired identity before resubmitting it for approval.
Final Flourishes
FINALISING YOUR DESIGN
You’ll have one round of complimentary alterations included at this stage. This is your chance to suggest refinements or adjustments so that the design feels perfect to you. I encourage you to use this opportunity thoughtfully, as it allows me to bring your feedback to life and present a final version that is ready for approval.
Your Finished Design,
Ready for Use
DELIVERY OF FINAL DESIGN
Before any printing, release of open files, or handover of logos and other deliverables, the remaining balance of the design fee is due. Once payment has been received, you’ll receive your final files in the agreed formats, ready for professional use across print, digital, and any other platforms you require.

The steps outlined above are provided as a general guideline. For precise details, please refer to your quotation and terms & conditions below.

Need a Little Extra
Flexibility?
ALTERATIONS TO THE FINAL DESIGN
If, after final approval, you choose to explore new directions, update content, or introduce additional requirements beyond what was originally agreed upon, an additional hourly design fee will apply. This approach keeps the process fair, transparent, and adaptable, allowing room for fresh ideas while respecting the scope of work.
